It’s become even higher, I’m tempted to exchange some money now but nobody similar to Thomasexchange seems to deal in Real, does anybody know of a London exchange?

Review of some Prives in Treze de Maio 33, in Rio de Janeiro.


I've been visiting a number of prives in this building, and like to summarize my experiences.

1) The building elevators are a pain in the ass. Only one of them seems to go to the 22nd floor and above. It stops at even numbers and you have to walk down / up one floor. It's old and dodgy looking.

2) The entrance of the building is not next to Claro as shown on googlemaps. It's around the corner from there on Tv dos poestas de calcada. You'll find about 4-5 men, standing on the corner and handing our little adverts for their prive, and I recommend you let one of them take you to their apartment to make navigating the building / elevators easy on your first visit.

3) The prives are all pretty basic. There are cubicles (and not rooms) with partition walls that don't go all the way up, so you can hear a girl getting fucked in the next cubicle. They tend to have a shower but don't expect fragrant soaps and fluffy towels. These are not the Hilton hotel. Very basic, and tiny. The cubicles are not really comfortable for sex, and I generally tend to get a 20 min BBBJ in these places. The beds are often uneven and I doubt if the sheets get changed once a week let alone after each punter. Most have a fan in the cubicle.

4) Cost. They are mostly of the order of:

20 minutes is 60 BRL (about 8GBP).

Tuesday : I was leaving São Paulo and had wanted to try out the club Fazendinha (or 'Farm' in Portuguese) for the first time which is about an hour outside the city so got an Uber for about £40 before I flew to my next destination from the airport near there. The taxis are so cheap in Brazil which is handy for this type of holiday.

This club is only open during the week and operates in two adjacent venues for daytime (poolside) / nighttime (club). I decided to check out Florianopolis after hearing so much about it. From what I saw it lived up to its reputation as a safe, laid back middle class coastal city. I really liked it & would conceivably return. How would the punting turn out?

Wednesday : I headed to Bokarra which was the club that seemed to have the best reputation. I arrived around 9pm and it was just opening up and as such was totally empty  It was quite small with one main room (incl stage for stripping) and a balcony. The host / manager was super friendly and spoke perfect English. He was at pains to make me feel welcome and when the girls started to arrive he kept bringing them over to meet me. I chatted to several but the standard wasn't stellar. For those that were they were charging high prices +/or wouldn't do OWO or were just quite transactional / lacking in banter. The prices did appear however to be negotiable and generally less than Sao Paulo but on the whole I found the girls quite dry which I'd put down to the fact that the club is strict with them doing too much before getting to the room. I eventually met a petite all natural girl called Nara who seemed to be more flirty & lively than the majority  I bought her a drink - they push for that heavily here and eventually we agreed to go to a room. She settled for 600Rs. The rooms are all next door to the main club in a connected building. Decent standard rooms.  We had a fantastic session. She was a real livewire!  I hung around the club another couple of hours but not much was going on.

Thursday : I returned to Bokarra the next night but ended up not going with any girls despite chatting with a few. Oh well... It's quite conceivable I missed out on some great girls by not rolling the dice with one or two more but a lot of them seemed to be quite up themselves which is ironic given this club is like Championship standard as opposed to elite level clubs elsewhere in Brazil.

Friday : I was flying out in the afternoon but popped in to the centre of town first for a dreadful tantric massage in a studio for (I think) 600Rs  I forget the name of the establishment - it was one of the long standing ones.

Friday : I touched down in Rio, freshened up at my hotel and headed straight to 4x4 (Quadro Por Quadro) which I knew well from my 2023 visit.  This is a fantastic club. A little rough around the edges compared to the much larger Scandallo but generally speaking everything in Rio is half the price (or less) than SP and there are some very fit girls here  It was Christmas themed so all the girls were wearing red which I didnt think was the best theme but hey ho. I hung around for a while and sized up the talent before making my move.

I was standing by the dance floor and I felt a girl come up behind me and started grinding on me & I could tell she had an insane all natural gym toned body. Fernanda was her name. I turned round and she was also very facially attractive. Quite European looking Blonde highlights, nice tan & bright white teeth wearing a tiny red bikini with her perfectly shaped C/D tits straining her bikini top. Sunday : I had messaged Roberta, one of the best girls I met in Rio in 23 to come to my hotel tonight. Sundays are dry for the clubs so an outcall makes sense on nights like this. 2 hours at 800Rs plus Ubers is insane. Absolute stunner, Carioca girl. A bit of a stoner with an amazing natural body but not much English spoken. Tuesday : Everywhere was closed so I tried BarraVIP website and visited a girl in an apartment block called Chanel which was a total disaster. 900Rs for a 1 hour incall which was way more than in the Rio clubs but I thought I'd give it a go as she highlighted she spoke good English. Classic scenario of "take your clothes off & lie down on the bed", the girl with the very glam photos, who in any case was a lot chunkier and untoned than anticipated, had made zero effort at all  She was wrapped in a towel and was moody from the off. So a recurring theme of this trip to Brazil was the weather was pretty shitty in all 3 cities I visited and it didnt look like it was about to improve any time soon. So as I was figuring out how to spend the final week of my trip I was looking for sunshine. The one place that had it was Buenos Aires which was only 4 hours away. I'd always wanted to visit Argentina so I booked my flight. I'm keeping this info in this thread for continuity.

Buenos Aires : I only had 3 days in B.A. and I'm so glad I went. It's a beautiful city. Staying around the Soho district in gorgeous hot weather in some chic hotels was very nice! Lots of beautiful people wandering round. Everything is incredibly cheap. What's a bit weird is I did not see one black person there, nor any oriental or Indian looking people  Such a contrast to Brazil obviously.I may well have seen some descendants of fleeing WWII Nazis, who knows?  I'd loved to have stayed longer and will definitely try to return. I loved it. The punting? Not so much 

Based on widely available research there are not really any clubs like in Brazil. There are lots of websites offering incall / outcall options but I didnt want to risk that. So, I did something I'd never done before (and believe me I did not want to do it) & I signed up to a month of Seeking. I found a discount code and it cost £80-90 or something. Long story short, it would have worked if I'd signed up a couple of weeks earlier but signing up the day I arrived was essentially a waste of time. I almost got one hot girl (and her pal) to come and meet me on night 2 but that fell through. After I'd left Buenos Aires there was a constant stream of Argentinian stunners (and a fair few rotters!) replying to me on SA but by then it was too late. I definitely recommend returning to Buenos Aires and using Seeking. Filter your search to 18-29 if that is your thing. Send the same message in Spanish to all the ones you find attractive and they will flock to you. You will get all nighters for 200 USD with some stunners.

The Last Leg : Return to São Paulo

Sunday : I tried to hook up with a couple of girls who I'd seen previously. Larissa who I met at Scndallo on Day 1 confirmed to come to my hotel but then blew me out an hour before she was due to arrive  This was annoying as I'd secured a great one night deal at a very wow-y hotel where I had a huge room so I can only imagine the fun we'd have had in there 

As I've said before it seems Sunday isn't the best day around these parts but there was one club that is open 7 days pw and that's Casarão. I'd not been before but decided to give it a go. I arrived there around 10pm and there was maybe 10 guys & 10 girls there. Not overly promising in terms of quantity or quality  I then realised there was a big downstairs section which also has a small outdoor smoking section. The standard of girls was definitely a rung below Scandallo or 4x4 - lots of Lauren Sanchez lookalikes & pretty much every stereotype you can imagine but not many 8s or 9s. The girls will approach you here, which is good but they're all very fixated on you buying them drinks. All these clubs have their own little different nuances as to how things work, no doubt influenced by their deal structures with the girls. I chatted to a bunch of girls and was starting to think I'd blow it out but walking through the dance floor of a now very full club I was 'accosted' by two very friendly curvy blonde / brunette girls Katarina & Brenda who were both wearing very tight outfits showing off their very busty figures  They both spoke English which was a big help so when I asked 'silicon or natural' they were not only able to confirm the latter, they were also happy for me to manually confirm this was the case right there and then. I was actually feeling a bit tired and was regretting staying up til 4am the night before at Casarao  It took ages to happen upon the right girl and just as I was thinking I might strike out I happened upon two very similar looking tiny, petite girls sitting together at the bar. Just think of the 30 minutes (pre room) of having these two beautiful looking twins kissing and fondling me in this super plush club for the price of two drinks I both them - it's actually incredible    Once in the room you can never be 100% sure how it'll go down but these two were absolutely fan-f**king-tastic    The only thing they wouldn't do was to snog each other, which considering their relationship I get. As far as I can remember all the duos in Rio the girls would happily lock tongues with each other & allow me in for a 3-way snog. Maybe the girls in Rio are filthier or just more liberated, who knows? Anyway Kami & Gabi (whose photos I took in the room I'm looking at now  ) gave me a fitting send-off on behalf of Scandallo. I considered another sesh following this but after one more drink I called it a night  I hope I can return one day. Let's see!

Tuesday : I got Giovanna (who I met at Scandallo in 23) to come to my hotel. Just got back from Brazil and Argentina. This wasn't a punting trip and to be honest this little write up is more about my experiences in South America and the practical aspects that you need to bear in mind.....As well as a bit of punting thrown in.

This is in no particular order of importance and you can take from it what you will,or just ignore it.
First things first,Mobile Data,I'm with EE,they wanted £7 per day for something stupid like 256 MB of Data.
I downloaded an esim.Holafly,absolutely fantastic,unlimited Data,no voice calls,£40 for 12 days,and the best part,across all of South America,multiple countries.
Money.....virtually everywhere in Brazil takes a card. I took Monzo,Fuckin fantastic,excepted without a problem. I took Brazilian Real and US Dollars for Argentina. I took the cash from Tesco. The beauty being for a small fee of £3 you can return any unused money back to them at the same rate you got it for,the proviso being that the minimum sum was £50,the maximum £250. As far as I am aware,not many money exchangers do this.

Taxis are cheap,especially so in Rio.I was on my own,I mostly used The Uber motorbikes. They were as cheap as chips in Brazil and cheap in Argentina. The other advantage is time savings,they just rip in and out of the traffic.

Brazil was safe. There were a lot of Homeless people wandering around,but the police presence was high. I don't know if that is normally the case to protect tourists or the fact the BRIC convention was going on whilst I was there,either way it was reassuring.
Stick to Leblon,Ipanema and Copacabana,in that order. I was in Copacabana,no problems whatsoever.
Buenos Aires was very safe as well. Stick to Palermo,Recoleta and the city centre. I was based in the city centre and walked around near midnight,like I did in Rio,no problems. Buenos Aires does have homeless people,but not as much as Brazil.
No visas are required for either Brazil or Argentina.

Right.....let's get down to the punting. I only had 3 punts there,2 in Rio De Janeiro and 1 in Buenos Aires. It was primarily for tourism,but since I was here.

But it was a bit out of my league. More for the serious Punters.

In Argentina the SPs were relatively close by,all within 10-15 taxi ride of the locations I mentioned.
In Brazil the SPs are more spread out. You won't find any in Leblon or Ipanema,a few in Copacabana. They're mostly in the outskirts,but because the taxis are dirt cheap there,it's still a very good deal. Only problem is that it may be a 45 minute to an hour taxi each way. Don't forget Rio is huge.

Bia also in Copacabana. This time the location was a bit Ropey. Still off the Copacabana strip,flat converted into a knocking shop,but it had a seedier feel to it. Luz was in central Buenos Aires. This punt was a bit more expensive  $100 US Dollars for an hour,and out of the 3 she was the worst. Still a positive but more British standards rather than Brazilian standard,which I was hoping for. Had to coax a lot of the services out of her and you could tell that she just wanted the money and you out of there. When we did get going service was decent,hygiene was on point and she definitely had the best flat out of the lot,still small but did the job. Location was decent and no issues with the surroundings.

Had another punt lined up in Buenos Aires but I walked away from that. Flat was Shite,not dirty,just seedy,and the SP wasn't much kop. I soon Fucked off,once again no song and dance,I just walked.

The 2 girls I walked from were Bait and Switch ,and the 3 that I did see were photoshopped,especially Luz,who didn't have that body,not that I'm saying she was fat,just not a bangin body like her photos.

My advice is not to do too much research. Have a look about a week before you're going to travel. Drop them a quick message and have a plan B,C,D and E lined up. I think the Ealier you can punt the more chance of availability,ie,try to punt before 7pm. If you send any messages after that you tend to get a response the next day... In my opinion.
I think the availability drops off at the weekend as well,maybe the SPs are going back home,and Sunday,especially the evening is a wash out.
In my experience the girls tend to be photoshopped,so don't expect to meet the girl in the profile,obviously there may be exceptions. The Barravipa site may be a bit different,but I never tried that. The going rate on that was between 1000 and 1500 Reals. The exchange rate was 7.5  Real to the Pound.

Next time, try some of the indies in Centro too (advertising on the same site as you mentioned) - they charge local rates, as opposed to the tourist rates in copa. Eg, you'd pay around 200BRL for an hour as opposed to 350.

There were some ridiculously cheap SPs on the  Photoacompa site,some as low as 80 Reals per hour. I wanted to stick local,besides,if some of the locations were Ropey in Copacabana where I was paying 400 odd Reals,I didn't really feel comfortable going to Centro for 200 Reals.
Obviously,if you had good experiences....That's fair play to you mate.

I suppose the good thing is,if you're gonna be B&Sd,you may as well pay 200 rather than get switched for 400.
Hopefully I will go back,I'm thinking of Sao Paulo for  Interlagos '26. However 2-3 people have told me that  theres not a lot going on there,so that's put me off a bit........Let's see.

Brazil and Argentina are both fantastic countries,Brazil does edge it though.
