Make a booking, do the deed, write the review.
And don't send a deposit.
I'd try a 30 minute 'see if we get on' personally - the rates look reasonable.

I've been in contact and she's saying due to the Covid situation payment needs to be by electronic means at least 30min before booking.

I'm not sure that sounds a wise move on my part.

Also, is the feedback system on aw not allowing feedback right now? Seems odd for profile almost 6 months old with zero feedback?

So due to Covid she wants a bank transfered deposit? Not sure what Covid has got to do with it but it screams SCAM to me.
Your choice of course but I am guessing most of us would look elsewhere.

I believe the AW booking system is disabled at the moment, their attempt to look as if they are following the law during the C19 situation.
