He had a previous conviction and it sounds like his advances were unwecome. However, the thought has previously crossed my mind when things were getting heated with the masseur that if she did decide to make a complaint, for whatever reason, perhaps takes a dislike to the customer, would he have a leg to stand on? The courts seems to always believe the woman's account of what allegedly happened. And if she made you cum, your DNA is all over the place. This truly is a risky business for punters.

get over herself ? she was doing a massage she didnt expect to be propositioned and truth be known ill bet there was more went on here than what they are reporting. The guy obviously pushed it and didnt take heed.

Ive had loads of massages and a few in pucker places. the pucker ones can be interesting as you can sometimes pick up the vibe and go with the flow, this guy tried to take the lead and force the issue, il bet if he had approached it right and then took the hint then nothing would have happened. enough signs there to stop and not to progress it. shame he didnt comply.

This chap is certainly very lucky to avoid the clink given his history. He clearly has issues going to a beauty a salon for a massage is clearly not a venue for extra's, he was merely after cheap thrills, if he wanted anything extra he could have easily found somebody who offers these services.

I have a close friend who is a sports massage therapist and she also offers treatments such as Reiki and Reflexology. Her webiste in no way hints at sexual services but because she is a gorgeous 30 something she gets the odd email and even the of man propositioning her during a treatment. Why should she or the lady in question put up with this, is sexual harassment  and incident exposure . If i were the judge I would have thrown the book at the chap. He is very very lucky to avoid jail in my book.

What a joke, they do "male intimate waxing" there and this guy wasn't even exposed.  If girl was shocked to this extent then she's in the wrong business, she should have given a professional response then if he didn't behave, throw the book at him.

There must be more to this case, why was she washing her hands?  Some sort of plea bargain happened at the minimum.

When will be the follow up case - man sexually assaulted by masseur who brushed his bits through a towel?
