Seems to me like you killed this one by asking her to tell you the service.   

IF you know for sure that you didn't talk to her on the phone and agreed the services then you ask her when you meet if she's happy to do x,y,z.

After I entered the flat (she seems to stay by herself in a studio set up) she offered water, I accepted. She said but you must pay first, at which point I wanted to confirm the services.

The number you call (on her AW profile) and the number which you get the address from are different.

I like to confirm the services being offered before monies exchange hands.
