Chinese massage - more raunchy?

I was a bit sick of paying the massage fee plus body to body when it came out as more than an hour full service with an indie so stopped going to Chinese massage shops. Started again before Christmas and now pretty much always get oral, reverse oral (often a hairy one which is a nice change) and often sex. Is it good luck or have other punters had the same?
