Emily is real best I can tell. Followed one of her feedback's down the rabbit hole and it went pretty far so I would say she is real on that front.

She lists her nationality as British and her spelling/phrasing supports this however she currently lists herself as being away in the incall section, whether she means she's unable to do incalls or is on holiday/on a break is unclear - she hasn't checked AW since the 11th of this month so I would guess she means holiday.
