Hi guys, long time lurker so thanks to all who contribute. I was looking to book an Incall with one of portfolios girls (preferably Maya) but when I enquired the 45 min was quoted as 130 rather than the 100 I see posted here a lot. Receptionist was none the wiser...am I missing something?

Never used Portfolio, hopefully one of their regulars will be along with an answer to your question, but I just had a quick look and couldn't find any reviews where someone had stated £100 for 45 mins?

Given that £150/hr works out at £2.50/minute, and the per minute rate for shorter booking is usually higher, I'd be very surprised at a rate of £100 for 45 mins (=£2.22/minute).  £130 (=£2.89/minute) sounds more like it.

Pretty much same here. The only agency I've placed bookings with so far. 5 since beginning of February. Never done half hour or 45 minuses request there. Minimum. 1 hour. But have also done 1.5 hour with them. And maximum of 2 hours. Very good agency.

Zero.. I've never been a fan of Agencies as when I started punting they used to call themselves Elite Courtesans,  for me just a fancy way of a woman saying her shit don't stink.. It does.

I will say I've tried on numerous occasions to book Bambi and Black Toni but there availability never matched mine,  but as the reviews get better and the price of Indies is comparable to Agencies I'll always keep an open mind.

I've seen lots of Agency girls who now work on the Indie scene.. Independents suit my lifestyle more nowadays

The Latin girl on the portfolios website will probably get a visit off me,  but there's 3 quite big punting channels now

The location is on quite a main road but there is parking on side streets if you are driving. I've used it and was comfortable knocking the door and being let in. I wouldn't say it's massively discreet but I'm careful about it living locally and it is fine for me.

All meets are arranged by appointment. I've never seen anyone while being there so certainly doesn't feel like that. I've done my share of parlours in the early days and it's more like visiting someone at home. But, I guess it's semantics. An agency has a location where lots of sex is arranged. And the ladies are very good in this case.

As SW says the incall location is off a main road, just to the north of Cardiff City Centre.  I also did not see anyone else there both times I visited.  I could not really complain too much about the premises, but it's not a luxury apartment by any means, although it's more than adequate.

I have been a regular at Portfolios since last September and have allways found them 1st glass in terms of Comms and the girls are as you see them in their photos, no photoshop done.

I think some of the girls are in the area during term time if their studying at Uni and I think they probably move on after Uni when they have found a job.

The incall place is more of a re-purposed student house, although they only use the bottom room to avoid no-brothel laws so you'll be the only client there at any one time. It's not spectacular,  and the bathroom isn't en-suite, but it does the job and there's a nice variety of furniture for "activities" in the room.

Agree with above. The place is not 5star but no complaints. There are atleast two rooms. One downstairs and one upstairs (too small). Been there 3 times, twice downstairs and once upstairs (apparently only used if there is less then 15minutes gap between another customer).

I do hope Portfolio aren'tlabouring under this misapprehension - a premises is a brothel even if two separate sexual service providers operate from it at different times.

Portfolio's incall premises is therefore technically a brothel and those who run the agency are committing criminal offences associated with operating one.

It is of course no issue for us as the service user, as it is not unlawful to use sexual services provided at a brothel provided that the service provider is neither under age, nor a victim of human trafficking.

Portfolio is constantly being talked about with regards to the ladies based on their repeat reviews. Is the location easy to find with parking plus discrete, the inside what is it like please?

Easy to find, main road in Cardiff, should have no problems taking, I always park in a well known supermarket car park although Greece are plenty of side roads. Inside is not a palace but ok for what we want . Girls I have met there have all been top drawer with the exception of one .....

I do love the fluffies on this forum  tell it like it is, Portfolios premises is on one of the busiest roads into Cardiff next to prominent businesses and is pretty dire inside, there is NO discretion at this site.
 If you want discretion then use the girls that work from the flat they use, or alternatively book an indie.

I don't disagree with you guys , but I've been happy mixing touring girls with local girls, and have a few over the bridge I want to see, but will make my agency ( portfolio) debut this week , and have four maybe five on there books that have shot up top of my list.
