Having used lush for some time I’ve found the agency is stingy, badly managed, conveyor belt service etc however the conveyor belt option and breaks are down to the wgs preferences.

I’ve had convos with a few lush wgs now about the breaks and they all said they prefer not to have a break as it means less money in their pockets. This is coming from the popular girls that thens to be consistently booked. The one who are less popular usually have to wait for an apartment to become free and have plenty of time between punts.

As for income again had a few convos with the wgs and again they prefer the admin and accommodation side being handled for them as well as the advertising etc. And limited no shows means less time wasted as the agency can fill slots quickly. Anyone who’s ever tried calling them will tell you how it can sometimes takes ages to get though and that’s a testimony to how busy they are. It’s crap from a punters perspective but it’s a case of like it or lump it. Due to these factors the wgs have said they are happy with their take home after the agency take their cut but what pisses them off is the no show fines they pay (£150 a shift I believe)
