Don't fucking dare fall for that one. Don't even think for one second that offer is genuine. Even if she promises and swears it is. Its not. At absolute best you will get two times out of her and then never again and this regular who you get on so well with will suddenly start coming up with excuses over not doing it this week, and the next and next. And then she will start resenting you big style for wanting her to keep up with the deal when she is having "all this stuff happening to her each week".
The thing you need to think to yourself is why is this girl being made homeless in this sudden manner? You say she is your regular so obviously, she must be pretty ok at her job.
So, therefore, she is making more in a day than what most other people make in a week. And yet she is being made homeless? So she either has a drugs problem and this is where her money is going and she is not paying her rent, Or she is a complete and utter bitch to live with and her flatmate or landlord is sick of her and wants her out of the flat ASAP.
Don't believe any stories about landlords or flatmates suddenly wanting the house back for a family member or something as she will have a contract for a set period to stay. And if not then if they was an ok person to live with or tenant, then her flatmate/landlord would not do this to her as a last-minute type thing.
What she can do
1. Join an escort agency, they will find her accommodation pretty quick as long as she then keeps working for that agency to make it worthwhile for the agency to do this.
Or
2. Contact her local housing association. They legally have lists to find her a home if anyone becomes homeless. It wont be the ritz but it will be a home.
3. Go to a cheap hotel till she can secure a new place.
4. Get a boyfriend. One thing girls are very good at doing is going to a local bar and finding some guy who just happens to be the guy of their dreams and moving in with him straight away to resolve their problems right when they have them.
5. Certain universities offer their halls of residence during summer time to anyone when they are pretty much empty as its outside of term time until October for very good rates. There are websites you can find them on for which universities that do. If you want to appear as if you are a hero. Find those websites for her and secure this for her. But don't be surprised when she comes back with an excuse over why she cannot accept this and wants to stay at your place rent free.
If it was me I would suggest to her she joins the agency.
