some help with a role play please

I have a planned meet with my reg next week, I always want to try something new so she has suggested a role play with her being a secretary and me the boss or potential employer.

I have never been big on role play, but will try anything once, so does anyone have any hints , tips or suggestions as to how this could play out please?

Think like a boss, act like a boss.
Plan little things in your head but not too much as this will detract from you being relaxed and acting.
If you're running out of steam, ask questions (still roleplaying) so that the other take some of the heat off. Role-play feeds off one and other and the further it goes the easier it becomes.

Sounds like a load of bollox, and it probably is, but that's what i do but i find it natural to role play.
But, some people can let go, other can't. Just the way it is.

It is a nice change so I would recommend that you give it a go.

If you are being the boss I suggest your employee has done something that means you are going to dismiss her, unless......

I have done the "I need to let you go" scenario which is fun if the WG can play along well.

Another couple I have thought about are coming out of the shower to catch her stealing from you.

I once  did a Doctor/patient roleplay, with me as Doctor Love  It was actually the girls fantasy not mine but I didn't need much arm twisting. The scenario was that she went along to see her doctor because she was experiencing problems in achieving an orgasm. A detailed 'medical' examination was undertaken  followed by the application of various techniques that might help the patient achieve orgasm, one of which was a 12" dildo, of course I had to fuck her in the end, purely for medical reasons of course.  We had a doctors  examination table set up for authenticity and surprisingly not one of us laughed throughout. VW I suggest you read any of my recent reviews.  You will see I generally specify in unusual detail my approach to communications as I think it can be a particularly useful part of the review.   Knowing you as I do I doubt this will cause you to retract, but it might give others a broader perspective on your contribution.

Employer/employee scenarios provide quite a bit of scope - I did an interview/follow up one where I asked for certificates for her qualifications, or an oral test as an alternative 

A few years ago, I wasn't at all keen on the idea of role play, but now I'm getting into it, just for the occasional variety. You do need a WG that is good too.
