So sex drive has fallen, ive been eating healthy and eating sex drive boosting foods, nothing has helped. Even dropping weight hasnt helped. .

Where can I get something to boost my sex drive before punts/dates? what can I even use?

Is their some herbal Viagra, i can use, but I dont want to have a sustained erection, I just want something to make me horny again, I can get erections, but I just want to increase my arousal,

If your sex drive has fallen off, why are you seeing prossies?

Seems like a confliction to me.  :unknown:

I'm similar age and do all the correct diet, water etc. plus use Testo Beast supplement, it works.

Don't wank
Don't watch porn..
Get some sun

Give it two weeks and you will be climbing the walls

Also, some strength work to get testosterone going again, but I've found ice cold showers have a similar effect....

+1 to that. Not always easy to do but distract yourself if necessary  :drinks:

Physical exercise will definitely help. I like weights etc, but anything that gets your heart rate up and produces a sweat will be good for you :hi:

Go to your GP.  Loss of libido can be a symptom of a range of physical and mental health conditions.  Without knowing your personal details and circumstances, medical history, current medications, etc it's impossible to discern the cause of the reduction in your sex drive.  You've tried several lifestyle changes without success.  I suggest that you don't simply continue with the bloke's self-diagnosis and treatment, and I suggest that you go for some proper assessment / examination. Guarantee that they've heard it all before, probably even earlier that day.

Sound advice.

Psychologically...perhaps choose a more manly name username, something like Dave instead of Veronica.

I find pork pies, bacon butties and cigarettes work quite well, I'm as horny as I've ever been on the diet of champions above.

Shagging does that for me

I'd say exercise. That endorphin high is a good one for the libido. Just losing weight through calorie deficit would leave you lacking in energy, hence the reduced sex drive.
