You will get more help here if you show that you have done at least a bit of work yourself. Browse AW, looking for girls that suit you in terms of services, looks, size, location, ethnicity, price etc etc etc. It's not hard.
Once you've narrowed it down a bit, to a workable shortlist (again, not hard), search any reviews on here. That should narrow it down even further. If you still are a bit unsure, then post back on this forum, asking for any members' recommendations.
