I'm used to them now, but in the beginning I was fooled a few times. So tell us which lies you've been told? One of my most recent ones was when I booked to see someone from vivastreet. When I arrived I messaged and was told I didn't book lol. The lady called me raising her voice over the phone claiming I hadn't booked. I was told to wait  I had the message saved and told her not to blame me for her mistake. If she can't read military time it's not my fault.

Out of curiosity, it can be classed as anything....the issue is how exactly is the SP going to prove it ie provide evidence for the assault charge to stick? Unless she has a written and signed contract with the punter and then can prove breach of contract eg a video recording.

I don't agree with it and it can sometimes be blatantly dishonest and that is why any SS should take what he sees in an SP advert pic with a pinch of salt and be prepared for a bit of a shock or letdown.

I liken it to a TV advert showcasing something either in it's utmost ideal circumstances or that promises to change your life if you buy it.  A bit like the toy adverts when I was a kid... look simply brilliant on the telly, but when you got it and unpacked it at home it was a disappointment.

Not that I'm saying that's always the case here though.  For the most part I've usually been pleasantly surprised.  Mainly thanks to the sharing of reviews and paying attention to what other contributors have shared on here.
