As a rule, just don't.

In this case, which girl? Is she just travelling to see you for an incall or is she expecting you to subsidise her touring costs?

Generally, unless it is a well known well reputed girl just visiting you for an incall, it's a scam

If you want to do that tell her you will give her the travel money in person when you meet.
Failing that just don't, you won't see her or your money again.

You've only seen her once and she may see you as an easy target if you've asked her to travel a long way just to see you and why is she so prepared to travel such a distance?

Do you have a case of EAS about her? If so, you want to rectify that ASAP.
