I phoned, she answered promptly and her English is good.  When I asked her to confirm various services she shows on her AW profile naturally she said 'yes' to every one.  Then when I pressed a bit to ask what clothing/equipment etc she had, she admitted she had nothing so I suggest you don't waste your time and money.
