I think the review turned out to be untrue.
I saw her once in a 2 girl with TS Roxy, and she was really good.

Looked good (probably even better now as I think she lost some weight) and gave a good service where she seemed to enjoy herself.
Without being asked or paid extra, she checked it was okay, and squirted into my face.

There's two different birchplace listings:

The first has a picture pre-opp, the second post-opp.

I think we can safely assume the surgery is one-way so she must be post-opp.
