I am approaching 70 and for quite a few years now I produce no cum but still have a decent orgasm. I'm 56 and been through similar experiences.
Also I had foreskin removed 12 years that reduced sensation a LOT. I'm 82. Usually see someone twice a week, but much more modest quantities of cum than of yore. I do a lot of brisk-ish walking - maybe 6 hours a week on average. Also twice a week do stuff like press-ups etc. for far too little time as fast as I can manage  I haven't tried a diet yet but suspect if I drank less alcohol I'd do better!
