All the other profiles I reported yesterday were gone in 10 mins, this persistent bugger they flat out refuse to remove.

There are four hits for it on Googlereverse search. I posted each of the four independently. And now I just CAPS SCREAMED to them and gave them all four in one post and the google image search URL and 1hr later still its not got.

They usually remove fake profiles quick. Every now and again there are ones they stubbornly refuse to move. Those profiles annoy the heck out of me.  I was annoyed so kept reporting. The advice from Jacob if I remember correctly is also to keep reporting them over and over until they listen too.
