I would just like to know from those who have done similar before, does the booking time usually mean the time she walks through the door until she leaves? Or is the clock started once she is ready, after a shower/make up/got changed etc?

My experience is that they count the hour from arriving.  A few text (their friend/driver/pimp) when they arrive, and may get a reminder 55 min later.  But most get ready fast - a five minute shower is rounding error..

I would take it that time runs from the point at which you open the door.  However I would certainly confirm that with whomever you look to book to make sure.

As stated, it tends to be from the moment she walks in the door. Often though they want to use the bathroom to freshen up or change. I wouldn't expect them to shower beforehand though. You can also get the timewasters who spend 10 or more minutes in the bathroom. That's pretty irritating. You'll get the same thing at parlours though.

A good WG will give you back the time you/they spent showing before and after (or in a Soho walk-up, the time they spent with the maid while you undress).
