In fairness to the OP the BB is probably recent. She used to be on my HL, but I removed her after her shit comms meant I could never get a booking. There was never any BB advertised up until that point.
Theres a possibility that he didn't re-check her services when booking. I certainly don't always re-check the services again of a girl who interests me and has been on my HL. After all, they only go on my HL once I'm happy they fit my criteria.

I do think there's a bit of naivety on his part for parting with his cash especially with so many red flags present.
