There's pretty good information behind the "learn more" button, with illustrations of what you get and instructions how to use.

I have used one recently, because I do check from time to time, and it was pretty straight forward.

All very well explained and simple to use and results texted to you within a day or two.

They gave you the option for a urine test which is what confused me as I thought the test covered everything. I was hoping to see a lady squat over the toilet with her beaker in the 'learn more' video but no such luck.
