Okay here is my tuppence worth. I hope I have indicated both my age and gender with that little phrase.
I have punted in Pakistan, Lahore about six or seven years ago, I was there on business for around three months.

There are certain hotels which are used exclusively, by the wealthy, for this explicit purpose. I have never had an encounter for 300 rupees.
It was usually around 1000 to 1500 for the room, alcohol could also be purchased, by the bottle, it was about double the uk rates. It was usually around 4000 rupees, for the girl, all night.
