Total newcomer in Bristol

Hi all,
Right so I've been meaning to pluck up the courage to see a girl from AW for a while. Never done this before so was hoping for some tips on which girl would be a good first punt in the Bristol area.
I've read quite a few reports on this site about reluctant (usually Romanian) girls who basically make you feel like a lepper. Any recommendations for friendly girls who would be a bit better suited to my first foray? Welcoming, happy to take the lead a little (not in a dominating way though).
As this is my first try thinking maybe a shortish visit of under an hour and ideally not more than £70ish.
Prefer girls under 35, no preference for blonde/brunettes  etc.
Any other tips on general do's and don't would be much appreciated too.

I always recommend Beth to newbies, she will make you feel relaxed, take it at your desired speed and is very accommodating and friendly.
And, as you seem to prefer the shorter gal, she'll be right up your street.
