Is 60 the new 50?

There was a time not that long ago ,and it still holds true for some,,when a good one hour punt was £100 tops and the same could be had for 80 or 90.

For those skilled in arithmetic, a half hour punt would be the corresponding amount ie £50.

Why then are we now having WGs asking 60/70/80 for half an hour?

Are they not familiar with the national minimum wage/the prevailing and indeed long standing rates of RPI and CPI?

I blame mug punters who keep paying it..

Yep. I have noticed that well-rated EEs also jump up in price quickly now. They often come onto the market at £90-100 PH, and then escalate to £130-160 after 5 or 6 good reviews.

To answer one of the points raised above, 30 minutes is usually more than half the 60 minute rate, not always but usually the case.

Same applies in other walks of life as well - take the honest greengrocer for example, a cucumber may be 90p but half is 50p (and they won't let you pay 40p for the other half either!).

20 years ago I was paying £60 for a half hour punt, still the same so not complaining. Longer punts require more thought and careful girl selection with widely varying prices. Seems to me that in practical terms they could be considered to be almost entirely different activities. Both of which have their merit dependent upon punter mood.

Best value in the North London Area seem to be Hungarians from posts here and my experiance  hoping to see one tommorrow

Well it will depend on information you have.
If you read the review in London you will see that some punters get a decent punt by paying as low as £40 half hour an £60 for an hour.

You sometimes see a WGs advertise £150 - £200 for an hour. But you could bang her for much less  if you know the way how you meet them. Here is for instance

I recently returned to punting after a long absence and couldn't believe my luck at the Soho prices- basically unchanged!
I'm not sure we have it so bad.
I would also completely agree that it's perfectly reasonable for a half hour punt to be slightly more pro rata than an hour. The WG's preparation time (washing, dressing, make up etc) is exactly the same no matter how long you spend, so a small premium for a shorter punt seems fine. And from my side, tbh I don't get twice as much pleasure from an hour as from half an hour.

Well you wouldnt catch members of the RMT being fucked over the way punters are fucked over. Not only are they overcharged but they often receive poor service. It is time for a root and branch review of the charges and services afforded to the members of the NUP (the national union of punters) and to stage systematic stoppages of our erections until things improve.
