64x 100mg Sildenafil is £80 > £64.  £1 each so inline with menschem.

Cheers for that info. I've just ordered more Tadalafil (20mg) than I need to get the free postage as well.
In the past I've used DrFox but you always have to pay the prescription charge and postage even for repeat
orders and there are no promo codes.

Hi guys.
I've been using Sildenafil 100mg and I'd like to know how often can you take these?
I've only used 1 per punt which is every few months but is it safe to take is one day after another?

Of course, you can take as many as you like, I think, but I'm not a doctor or have any medical training so I might be wrong, but if it were me I'd read the leaflet that comes with them, that will contain facts and not opinions of punters.

BTW 100mg seems an awful lot.

The answer is no.

If you read the instructions they say 100mg is the maximum dose in 24 hrs

If you had a booking at 4pm one day and another at 10am the next day and you were taking 100mg before each booking then you would exceed the maximum dose in a 24 hr period.  The drug lowers your blood pressure, so taking too much could result in your blood pressure dropping to a dangerous level. Your body compensates for the lower blood pressure by increasing your heart rate, so your heart rate could go up to a dangerous level too, which could result in a heart attack. There was someone on here who said their blood pressure dropped to 20 over something.  That is dangerously low. It's not worth dying for a shag.

The effectiveness of the drug is dependent on the individual, so you should be consulting your GP as they will be able to check for any existing medical conditions and they will advise you if it is safe for you to be taking that drug and how much to be taking.

They're not smarties and do affect the working of your body.

You should be using the minimum effective dose, so that your body returns to normal functioning as soon as possible after the booking.  The recommended effective dose is 25mg, but it does depend on the individual.

On a technical point, Randomguy is perfectly correct in my opinion that sildenafil/Viagra can lower blood pressure. I’d like to see that stated more obviously on the packet. But “recommended maximum dosage” varies massively in its meaning. On the one hand it can mean the likelihood of permanent damage, as is the case with paracetamol. On the other hand it is simply erring on the safe side, especially as some people can be adversely affected, whether in a minor way or more serious way. Low BP aside, the evidence simply isn’t there to say a larger (eg double) dose of sildenafil is necessarily bad for you. Some people will have BP issues or dangerous existing conditions, or very prolonged erections which can be harmful, or rare ocular damage. But I’ve looked through dozens and dozens of papers on it and there is no evidence that a double dose is harmful to an otherwise healthy individual, and there’s even some studies where people have been given larger amounts over an extended period to slightly reduce blood pressure successfully and with no ill effect.

I’m not recommending people to try it, simply pointing out that doom and gloom bells are not always appropriate. They can blur the lines. Ignore the warning on sildenafil and a large proportion of people will  be ok: ignore the same warning on paracetamol and there’s a risk of very serious permanent damage for anyone, and not immediately apparent.  Paracetamol overdose is one of the leading causes of acute liver failure. Yet it has the same wording as sildenafil.

Follow the instructions, but feel free to do your research as well.

Your question, allowing for typos, is simply is it ok to take sildenafil one day after another i.e. once every 24hrs rather than in the same 24hrs. So that would be within the instructions of ‘not more than one in any one 24h period”.

For consecutive punts though, you might find Cialis/tadalafil more convenient as it lasts for more than a day.

All of what you say emphasises why you should consult your doctor before taking it, my doc did blood tests for 7 different conditions that may cause ED to rule those out first, then as she had my medical records in front of her was able to issue a prescription along with advice on dosage etc.

Anyone can have an undiagnosed medical condition that could cause serious adverse effects, it's possible to have had a heart attack and not realise.

Viagra was originally discovered by a drug company doing research into treating heart conditions. It works by causing vasodilation which increases the flow of blood to parts of your body. This vasodilation causes the lowering of your blood pressure.

You’re quite right Davey, and I think you said in other posts that you various medical conditions and it’s good that your GP did so many tests and also gave you a prescription. Another thing a doctor might look out for is if it is safe to encourage someone to have vigorous sex.

There’s an absolute ton of material published on sildenafil, but here’s a good summary (for those interested) on its relation to the heart’s activity. (This is purely for academic interest, not to ‘prove’ anything. Davey’s overall advice should generally always be needed of course.)

They are not a ‘top level’ company since they supply branded generics that are not strictly ‘available’ in this country. In spite of the TrustPilot logo, TrustPilot has removed their reviews as they “are not a good fit” (possibly as their address is hidden).

Some people will want to post “see your doctor” or “buy from known British pharmacies” — I respect that — but some are more adventurous and this thread is for the “cheaper blue pills” and kamagracheap is the sort place many of us used before the advent of places like Menschem and IQ Doctor.

Their main kamagra (Sildenafil/Viagra under yet another name) is by Ajanta Pharma, a well-known multi-national. Bulk buys work at 62p each for 100 gm (52p for some further down the menu). But the real attraction is Sildenafil Jellies (Ajanta) which work out only slightly more and Chewable Sildenafil in different flavours (both of these are easier to swallow, work slightly faster and maybe slightly easier on the stomach (though if that last is a big concern check out the alternative ED meds). They also do Sildenafil-Dapoxetine which also works against premature ejaculation.

In addition to Sildenafil, they sell generic Vardenafil, Tadalafil, Tadalafil Jelly, Generic Levitra, and Generic Cialis with Priligy (like Dapoxetine). These are also at bargain prices “shipped from a U.K. warehouse”.

It’s a pretty decent range.

(I’ve posted the bulk buy prices on this thread as it makes for easy comparison but if you buy just 4 at a time, these companies still work out much cheaper than Boots and so on).

The jellies fit nicely in your wallet. If someone has used KamagraCheap recently perphaps you could post an update here. Whether or not you feel censorious to them these other products do open possibilities and goodness knows why they’re not generally on sale here. The other thing I’d like to see come back is mint flavour Sildenafil — mouthwash and hard on in one, though the fruit selection pack sort of covers it.

The question of cheap Sildenafil comes up quite often. Perhaps the thread could be stickied? (It’s quite a lot to type out) or just bookmark it on your punting phone.

Blue pills that are actually blue
One other thing I thought worth mentioning is that if you actually like a blue-coloured pill (easier to remember what it is, especially if you decant them to take abroad) then go for the Accord brand. These are currently sold by Menschem and Family Chemist but it’s best to email them and specify your preference.

Enjoy!

Why are you posting the same thing on several threads? are you on commission?

The fact 'since they supply branded generics that are not strictly ‘available’ in this country.' tells people all they need to know about the company.

With ED meds so readily available over the counter at reputable pharmacies why anyone would want to risk their health buying from dodgy suppliers just to save a few coppers is beyond me.

+1, especially as in relation to punting, the cost of ED meds is miniscule, a years worth costs less than 1 punt without going outside the system.

I’m not sure if it was rhetorical question Davie.  I posted it on the most recent thread then realised the analysis was on a different thread. I use the list myself and it’s not easy to find if the thread title doesn’t have a useful word like Sildenafil.

Jellies, chewable Sildenafil,  and some of the generic tadalafil, vardenafil etc are not available from the ‘regular’ suppliers. If you buy a quantity Kamagra dealers in the Ajanta products are working out at about half to two thirds of Menschem etc. I spent quite a bit of time compiling the long list and others added one or two I’d missed. It was also helpful to have a note from me or others when regular suppliers were offering 20 or 50 per cent off so thanks to SpaceRaiderDave for getting us 50% off first buy.

I’d like to also thank jingjing who posted kamagra4uk chewables. I simply added who warehouses in the U.K. so they arrive quicker. MANY posters have used such suppliers for years. Buying a large quantity is especially appropriate if you go abroad to a country where providers don’t charge silly money and bonking 2 or 3 is entirely feasible.

I know you and Scutty and one or two others feel it wrong or dangerous. Others don’t. I know several major suppliers abroad personally from my travels and they are as respected and as reliable as Boots. If you think as a mod that they shouldn’t even be mentioned I won’t do so.

I try to help. I’m sorry you felt it was inappropriate or unappreciated.  I apologise for the double post. I should have deleted the first one. It was bit hard trying to finish it, posting on my phone, using a less than perfect wifi connection and waiting to see if it went thru and then see it was up for moderation so thought you might just delete one (the more recent thread, is the less useful so I’ve tried to keep this one live).

Got a bunch of discount codes so decided to create a spreadsheet to compare the discounted prices.  Useful for those that are looking for the best deal...

To be clear:
- I do not get any kickbacks or promotional stuff or have any affiliation to any of the pharmacies.
- Consult your GP before ordering

Summary:
- Ask for 20mg Teva Tadalafil and the tabs are pre-scored to snap into 5mg/10mg.
- Ask for 100mg Amorox or 100mg Torrent and the tabs are pre-scored to snap into 50mg halves.
- If it's your first time ordering with IQDoctor, their 'FIRST50' code offers the cheapest deal.

Happy punting 2024!

Good info from FiveKnuckles again. Some tablets are easy to break by hand, easier than a pill splitter. Some companies offer several different generics so worth putting in a request for the preferred one with your order. One thing with deals to watch is that they wont sell them if your previous order from the same company hasn’t passed its minimum dosage. E.g. if you order 64 x 100 mg sildenafil you probably won’t be able to order more, deal or no deal, until 64 days have passed. So the spreadsheet idea could also help to see if you qualify for a particular discount deal based on your previous orders.

Accord is too difficult to spilt in half, being a tear drop shape.

I prefer Mylan (circle tab) as it seems to give me the best results, however it require a pill splitter.   For ease of use Amorox and Torrent with it pre-scored is a no brainer.
My next order I'll try request Teva or Sandoz.  I've seen pics of the Sandoz tab online but not found a chemist that can source them.

It's up to you, personal preference. The Accord one needs very little effort to break in half, though the halves might not be equal, so not the best choice if concerned about exact quantities. The Teva are just a gobstopper white tablet, like an oversized Smartie. Possible to break in half by hand but not so easily. Maybe ideal if you like using a tablet splitter though.

Family Chemist, PostMyMeds and Chemist4U all offered Teva last time I looked (it's one of the cheapest: NHS indicative price is 71p for 4; Sandoz, 1.16p).
Menschem and FamilyChemist for Accord; IQ Doctor for Milpharm.

Do you have a full list of who stocks what by any chance? (Makes it easier to ask if we know which ones they have).

Marmalade, thanks for the intel on Teva Sildenafil.  Think i'll leave that out, although the white tab is more discrete.
If Sandoz is premium compared to the other generics, then I'll swerve.  Will update here if I manage to source some.

These are the brands I got from the different online Chemist:

Tadalafil 20mg. Teva is a no-brainer as the latest version are pre-scored to spilt into 4 small pieces.
Menschem - Teva.
IQDoctor - Teva & Accord.
Thefamilychemist - Drop them a email as they can get most generics in a few days.

Sildenafil 100mg  *Best to drop a email to each pharmacy to enquire about brands before ordering.
IQDoctor - Accord.  (tear shape)
Drfox - Torrent (Circle pre-scored) & Mylan (Circle)

For a start did you spell it right - it's Kamagra not Kanagra

Second, Kamagra doesn't have a UK or European product licence, so irrespective of the quality of manufacture (which isn't in question if it comes from the real manufacturer) import and sale into the UK is illegal. Something which seems to have become tighter in the last couple of years. As a result many or even most UK suppliers of Kamagra have given up, leaving the more dodgy traders still operating. Take that Avast warning seriously, it probably is a scam site.
