But it's all expense, not income - am I due a refund?  If so, where do I apply for it?

Blimey VW - you could have paid a chunk of the mortgage off with this. Out of interest how many punts was that?
Think I'll have to sit down and see what I've done this year.

Was a stressful year and needed a bit of release, January and April were particularly ridiculous most of budget was the longer sessions.  No regrets here

One thing for sure, this year was a one off, down in VW Land

Good for you VW.
My figures are 17 punts over 10 months at £2420.             £1510 was on 2 WGs.(7 punts)
I too have no regrets.
Shame the OH doesn't put out, could have saved a fortune over last 5 years.

Offline Urban_G

Bit early for this thread isn't it, we still have a month to go

Anyway, up to 30/11/2015:

32 punts with only 2 return visits (of those 32, 2 were very bad, 1 was bad, 8 average, 6 very good, 15 excellent).
Total time: 17 hours (2 x 1 hour punts, 30 x half hour punts).
Total cost: £2450.

Looking to get a couple more in before the turn of the year.

But thankfully my spend has only been around £4-500 this year max as I actually managed to pull a Polish prossie and go pretty steady FOC for most of it

Offline Huawei

I try to budget for about £2k for each half year (somehow seems easier to keep track than over a whole year  :unknown:) - went slightly over budget in the first half; I'm under budget for the second 6 months, but one booked the end of this week, and hoping to fit about 3 more in before Christmas, so I'll probably be over budget again. Good thing my accounts aren't audited  :sarcastic:

Oh, and I have to admit to cheating slightly, I don't include overseas punts in my expenditure, they don't count  :D

Offline Roth

Reading the above, there should be a fair few rich prossies around.

Offline lol

Shouldn't this be done at the end of the March?

Offline claretandblue

65 punts, total spend so far approximately  £3600, my planned budget for the year

Offline mh

Dear Shaft, Clunge & Co, accountants to the discerning punter,

Here are my draft accounts (no further expenditure expected). It has been a lean year, in fact I all but ceased trading for large parts of the year, but accounts are stated on a going concern basis. Sorry, I mean a "wondering whether to bother to keep going" basis.

UK expenditure £235, 2 suppliers as previously notified in full
Overseas expenditure £300, multiple providers with various levels of service

Benefits in kind received £0
Expenses incurred £20 travel UK (no overseas travel costs)

Intra company services received (viz. Mrs MH): few and irregular
Direct costs for these services £0
Indirect costs £ incalculable

While a company restructuring should probably take place, costs for this would be prohibitive.

Offline Jimmyredcab

Than God I am semi-retired.

Offline alftupper

£ 1820.00 so far this year.

The year started with a crap punt. After that I decided to only punt with prossies with good reviews here, and I've been let down only once, and that was mediocre rather than bad.

Adding it up like this has been a bit of a surprise, I punt once, sometimes twice a month, and £100 - £200 seems in that context seems reasonable. Looking at the years total makes me think, perhaps this isn't for me. I could have used that money elsewhere.

Offline unclepokey

Pokeyacres (Bahamas) Limited (very!) spent so far in 2015 but £2,390.
The festive spirit is upon us, however, and there are spends of £240 tonight and £200 next week in prospect. (And Auntie has myriad girly type parties and dinners to go to - Aaaah freedom!).
Since 14th Aug 2002 (my first punt with Diane of Bushey) I've spent £37,911
I'm fairly consistent (and content) with my once-a-month punts seemingly. Perhaps it something to do with the lunar cycle.
Have a good Xmas all.

Willbred Entertainments Plc wish to declare  a spend of £4,850 on 49 punts. We would like to offset against tax our expenditure on:

Battery operated anal beads    £20
Large black rubber dildo (testimonials available from regular WG when her hands stop shaking)
Green chinese herbal capsules £250
Director's expenses ( £3,000 on wine, £1,500 at the bookies, the rest he just frittered away.....)

Offline Cuntminion

Started may

£250 budget a month = £2000

So far £1580 plus £100 later this month

So years end £1680

Offline Cuntminion

I'm quite pleased with my figure that includes going overboard at the beginning because I was green and excited

Now it's a punt a month if not every six weeks before was doing three a month

Still gonna set £250 aside from Jan but excess goes towards travel costs for long distance qaurtely punts

Good to hear, the travel ones are always good fun, you should try an overnight without talking in a strange town, saves hotel fees

£3440 paid to UK based pro$$ies which included four overnights and doesn't include food and drink plus a couple of trips to Germany. A couple of disappointments but overall a good year

Offline Blackpool Rock

Don't keep accurate records but somewhere in the region of £3004.10 including fuel (£4.10 was for fish & chips to get my strength back after 1 punt)
Does anyone know if I can claim any of this back on the basis of it being medical related "Stress relief" due to my job?
On this basis the costs are not benefit in kind but have been incurred wholly and exclusively in the course of my work  :unknown:

Punting.

The only hobby where the brain tries to spend less but the dick wants to spend more.

Classic big brain/little brain battle where little brain always wins.

Approx £1600 on 20 punts, if I'd known I could claim tax relief  I would have kept accurate records and asked for receipts  :dash:

First full year of punting so was a little busier at start of year and slowed down a little as year went on. Being a little bit more careful with choice of wg's after shit punts with Romanians and trying to take a little longer between punts, but that's easier said than done

Wish I had the time and budget that some of you guys have

I keep a "little black book" so I can check my expenditure, up until November 12th (when I met lady via SA) my years punting expenditure was £4760 , since 12/11 have spent £340 which was on meals out and presents for said lady ( no hotel costs as we use her flat) , if arrangement continues then I envisage 2016 to cost me approx £3000.
I try and budget £5200 a year and since I will be under for sure this year the money will be set aside for when I'm next seeking so I can allow myself a treat (porn star punt)

Overall, had some of my best punts this year but also some of my worst.

New Years resolution, start walking more if services and pics aren't true and avoid Romanians. The rare good one is not worth the number of rip off ones!
