If that happens I believe it's due to a hormone imbalance and possible issues with the liver. It might be a unique service to offer but the TS may be better served seeing a GP about it.

It’s not dangerous it’s possible for them to get it induced. I believe some men who have treatment for prostate cancer or something similar have been know to have grown breast and start lactating.
