Communication is key, talk to them!
The before and after part is as important as the middle fun bit.

Before : talk about what she likes \ wants, what she doesnt like or want.
Middle : Do the things she likes to her, building up slowly. Over time she will be able to take more and will probably want to try new things.

Maybe I'm getting a bit nostalgic, but I have particular fond memories of the old 'Sauna Massage' establishments about 30/40 years ago.
My favourite was the Norwegian Wood Naturist Club in Hoylake Wirral.
