why would you photoshop your nipples in the wrong place??

Came across this profile, strange at first, then you can clearly see the photo shop. all her photo's appear to have this element added.

Looks like she had had a breast reduction surgery, were they make an incision from the bottom of the boob to the nipple and completely remove it.

Then tissue is removed, the nipple replaced and the cuts are sewn up.

You can also see some scar tissue around each nipple; a sure sign of breast reduction surgery. Pretty though.

Its the big tits on a small frame that would have been the problem - with nothing to support or counterbalance them the girl could have been in real pain. I can quite believe she had them reduced.
As for her being a bloke, I'd say no chance
