Simple case of supply and demand.  If people are willing to pay the advertised price then you can expect increases in price.  If people won't pay then the price will come down.  Yes, this is cynical but it is a fact of life.

I imagine rents have gone up as landlords of short term leased property won't have had a lot of business over the last year or so and will want to recoup their losses, so the money might not be going directly into the pockets of the girls themselves.

For those girls who work from their own premises, they weren't furloughed and didn't have any other means of working throughout the pandemic so I guess they are trying to make up for not having had an income for much of the last eighteen months.

Supply and demand is not the complete scenario here.  High price girls fall into following categories:

1.Primadonna's who think they are a gift to man.
2.Girls who perform really good.
3.Girls who are exceptionally gifted in looks/body.

Ofcourse, there are other categories and sub groups, but unfortunately, most high price girls fall into the first category.  These girls are the shittiest.  There are blokes who like these superficial tarts, but for me, I'd rather shag a fresh, normal girl who tries to give good service, bonus for a good gfe.  Looks and size not so important as attitude and cleanliness.

Take Kate of Coventry for example, lovely girl even though a big one.  I'd rather see her again than some of these tarts without hearts.

I agree mate. I have pretty much stopped punting anyone other than CH and the odd trip to Directors Lodge. I just don’t want to pay them kind of inflated prices. As you and I discussed before, not spending money on sex during Covid did give me a bit of perspective. I was discussing this with CH the other day and her view is the same - she can’t fathom out how and why these price increases have come about and also how girls are getting away with it, although as you say, as long as guys are willing to pay that money, the prices will hold up. I sometimes see the odd review on here of a girl who I wouldn’t mind seeing, then I take one look at the 30 minute price of, let us say £100-120, and I out at that point. There is no way I would pay that. I could get a nice pair of Commes Du Garçon trainers for that !! Lol !!

Yes I've taken your advice - set a budget (£60/hh, £120/h) and so far at least for a number of years and I haven't (yet) budged from it.

Done the same - read the reviews - seen a girl I like and then when I find out she is above my budget don't bother progressing.   I just don't have the money that I can afford to spend a lot.
