I did a reverse image search on the 3rd photo in the ad you listed and google shows the pic comes from an escort ad in America, Indiana. So i personaly would assume it is a fake Vivastreet ad that you've been tempted by

She's fake. I certainly wouldn't entertain it. £40 for 15mins with that? Its WhatsApp and call only for a reason.

The general consensus on deposits is DON'T.
The girl in the ad is hot, she ain't stupid enough to not know her worth and its not £40 for 15mins. Just use common sense and you'll be OK. Also, writing reviews isn't hard but if you don't, then don't get upset when people refuse to help.
