It looks to me that the ad is using a picture of a model and two stock images, so I'd give it a hard pass.

Initially I responded to a Facebook marketplace advert for this girl, she went under the name of Sophia Shoosh she gave me post code of Laindon.  The telephone number also shows in gumtree for massages in Sussex.
