Because the pics could be of anyone.
Don’t think there’s a single detail there you could guarantee it’s the girl you’re seeing.
Same could be said for any SP who doesn’t show her face. However many genuine SPs with accurate profiles don’t show their face for discretion reasons. Now if you could show that the photos are stolen using GRIS or Tineye then you have a case. Until then I would suggest the position is rather like Schrödinger’s cat; of uncertain state and only observation by punter can confirm.
As for the rest of the profile, it’s reasonably written, clear, on the money for the area and phone number published. As any TOFFT it’s a risk but nothing shouts out IMO. Just be prepared to walk if she’s not what she seems
