Hi,

I saw a TS escort a number of months ago. This was and still is my only encounter with a TS and anal sex in general. I received owo and was topped - with protection.

I don't know why but I'm having a freak out (could be side effect some medication I'm taking). I was tested the other day and awaiting results. How risky is protected anal sex with a ts? She advertises as completely clean with no bareback at all allowed. Everything in the encounter seemed safe except owo. The condom stayed on and did not split. She also didn't cum.

Just looking for some reassurance please. Thanks

i'm going to give the benefit of the doubt and take you at your word...

from your description the riskiest thing you did was OWO. but in any case what's done is done. worrying about it won't change anything. distract yourself till your results come back and then act from a position of knowledge.

I know :/ Just looking for some reassurance to settle my mind - it's racing with all kinds of thoughts right now and can't say I'm in a good place mentally anyway. I don't think I'm made out for punting

Certain WUM. Lol

Nice try.

Infact no… appalling effort. Must try harder.

Huh? I can assure, I'm no WUM. What pleasure would I gain from this? I'm genuinely new to punting in general and feeling very paranoid right now.  Simply looking for some reassurance during a hard time mentally.

Thank you, that's reassuring. I think my paranoia is from a lack of exp with ts/anal.  I trust the sp in that she was clean - she seemed very respectful and safety conscious. Certainly don't think I'm made out for punting

25 Allegations of sexually transmitted diseases
Past incidents have shown such extreme and damaging allegations to be malicious and from troublemakers. Therefore, it is generally not acceptable to make such allegations against others.

shame you didn't review her at the time.

what were you tested for and how did you do it? I get my results the morning of day 3 (day 1 being the day of self testing at home and posting test kit back). So surely you should have results by now?

I know :/ Just looking for some reassurance to settle my mind
you know there is no reassurance possible and you just have to wait until the results are received - but you still want re-assurance!  Sorry, i am not convinced this thread is 100% genuine!

Sent the test back yesterday - the NHS service I use confirms results within 2 weeks.

I know there's no one with an answer on here, just looking for some reassurance as I was going out of my mind earlier. Thinking a bit clearer now but still worried.

If it's any consolation, after my first visit to a WG I was paranoid that I had caught something.  No particular reason for thinking that, other than the fact that I'd visited a WG, I did get tested and all was fine.  So maybe you just have newbie paranoia.

Each to their own, but I took a ts to a club in Leeds and just fucked her in her vagina.
Are you sure it was a ts and not a tv ?

To be fair to the OP I had much the same thoughts after I first punted a TS. It lead to a lot of research.

What I will say though is that I think rather than asking for reassurance that you will be ok, you actually want reassurance that you are ok to do it again.

However to answer your questions:

How risky is protected anal sex with a ts? When it comes to sex terms such as 'risky' are horribly vague.

You actually need to consider two questions 1. How likely is your partner to have something. After all if she hasn't then she isn't going to pass anything on. And 2. If she does have something how likely is she to have passed it to you? Anyone having more sex with more partners is at higher risk of contracting something. The activities they get up to make this more or less likely. Receptive anal sex is an activity which would lead to greater transmission rates than others. The correct use of condoms really does bring this risk down.

She advertises as completely clean with no bareback at all allowed. Everything in the encounter seemed safe except owo. The condom stayed on and did not split. She also didn't cum.
These are all mitigating factors however there are so many more factors at play. If we are talking about HIV she may be on PREP, she may have HIV but is under tretment and her viral load is zero. Or conversely she may have just been infected and her viral load may be off the scale compared to what level it will settle at.

You will only get reassurance once you get your test results. And then you will have to learn and consider what is right for you going forward. What risks are you prepared to expose yourself to? Only you can answer that.

Option 1: Ask a qualified health professional.

Option 2: Ask the internet…

Thanks for your reply. Honestly, it's asking for reassurance, I have no urge to do this again. My mind has been racing the last few days. I'm confident I can put it down to newbie nerves as someone above put it, and my first time with anal sex.

The sp in question has been review a handful of times on here and seems to have been around for a while, so I would hope any problems concerning health will been raised previously, unless recent of course.

The ts had a comdom on & didn't even cum anyway- you're fine. Like another said, your biggest risk is getting something from the owo- a ladyboy in Thailand gave me owo once (i was there with my wife....) & a day later it was singing when i peed. This got worse & worse, until puss was coming out....i told Mrs i had a urine infection. Went to pharmacy alone, & before i'd even said the problem to the pharmacist, she gave me some pills (amoxycilin i think?) told me to complete the course. Just a day later i was feeling much better. Still don't know what std i picked up? It was a good blow job though....

Don't understand this reply to my post in asking the OP who was the SP
Because if he makes an accusation against a specific SP regarding his concerns about infections that would be against the rule that I quoted.

Posting concerns about an STI and naming escorts is best avoided.

If there's anything else about the rules you don't understand just ask.

Why don't you write a review of the TS WG?

Opinions here about the definition of TV and TS are like arseholes. Everyone's got one.

But it's surely apparent that the vast majority of escorts advertising as TS do in fact have a dick. Quite big, some of them.

You have more chance of turning Gay than catching anything. Just chill and enjoy it for what it is or in your case was.
