The 12 month rule feels like it was put there to give brand new members more opportunity to contribute and post reviews when they join and not 10 months down the line. Still, we don't make the rules and there's an argument that reviews, even if a year old, might still have some value particularly if it's a TOFTT as was in this case.

If I've interpreted DM's advice on the forum helper page correctly, it's once a new member gets to 6 months membership then their reviews are within 6 months like the rest of us.
