Leave them on initially ie at the fondling stage and when receiving oral - but usually take them off when it gets to the reverse oral, provided there is somewhere convenient to put them. I can't properly get into the close up action without taking my glasses off. Otherwise they just end up getting right in the way, especially during ro. But I'd  love to be able to see clearly so as to get the full benefit of visual stimulation along with the physical stimulation. However it's a necessary compromise.
