She might just have a hard time explaining where the money came from to the Mortgage Company.  Who will get HMRC on at the slightest sniff of shenanigans.

She must be declaring something to get 65% (100k) mortgage. Probably more than you expect too because the 65% is likely due to her being self employed, not having many years of books (she's only "21" and probably being in a flaky job.

If this was entirely legit I think the bank would reduce the mortgage offer by any debts - like the debt she borrowed for the deposit.  I'd also say she's being naive too, she won't be 21 forever and in 5-6 years her earning potential will definitely start to drop. It's not like she's building a proper career right now is it.

Finally even if this was done totally legitimately really who would want their name on a  contract with a prostitute. It would be super dodgy and if she wanted you off her back over the debt dead easy to out you and cause masses of embarrassment.

I think the best advice anybody could give her is buy a cheaper house or wait til she's 23 and has the deposit.

Why the hell would anyone lend a total stranger £55K.  It does not make sense in any way shape or form.  she is only 21 and no sensible person would lend her this money.  was it a Lawyer or a loan shark?  I cannot see a lawyer suddenly reading her blog and thinking 'well I have that amount in the bank I shall just give it to her and hope to hell she might pay me back some of it'

Why would she also brag on a blog that she has girls working for her  unless she is looking to get arrested and her new house taken away?  If she runs a decent brothel then £55K should not be that hard to come by if she has around four girls working every day plus herself.
