They probably don't compare the straightforward punters at all, the "chemistry" is a perception on our side and just means they are doing their job well. They are much more likely to compare notes on the less desirable ones: the unhygienic; the boundary pushers; the timewasters; and those that they feel are threatening and dangerous. Obviously they do as that's human nature. They will prefer certain punters to others for various reasons, hygiene and attitude being two of them. Ultimately though assuming a punter is clean and has the agreed money a good WG should offer ALL her punters the same good service.
